I CAN'T BELIEVE JLS CONSPIRED WITH MY FAMILY TO SURPRISE ME TODAY!
because shameless me keep reminding everyone (shamelessly) that my birthday is coming, & everyone just start talking about how blue the sky is or how particularly green the grass is!
& samantha mark yan shan actually planned all these during her prelims, omg i am so touched sammi!!! <3 <3 <3
+ jessica called my house and my sis thought she called the wrong number hahaha!
i can't believe my family actually kept it from me (i always thought there were no secrets between us, ohhhhhh)!
oreo cheesecake from bakerzin = yummmmmmm (no wonder sammi tried to dissuade me from getting two donuts from popdoh just now!).
today was so smile-worthy!
i thought i was just going shopping with sammi & jessica (shopping was good! i bought a flower petal dress, see below, HAHAHA).
& the whole day i thought they were being weird (like whispering and leaving me out of conversations!! & 1kg bag and "my lover" calling) but i didn't say anything.
then at like 7+, sammi said she had to go her cousin's house by 8+ and jessica went with her, leaving me all by my lonesome self to walk from heeren to take mrt (y'know i'm so UIG that's like torture for me) AND I STILL DIDN'T SUSPECT ANYTHING (okay lah seventeen year olds really dumber).
then when i got home, my family started acting suspiciously.
my mom said my grandparents gave me angbaos (which is normal cos they do that every year), & she put it in my room so i have to go see it (like uh, look at angbaos).
& the room door was closed cos she just sprayed insecticide (or so she said), so i started being suspicious.
cos my mom was so insistent on me opening the door (which is so unlike her cos my mom is usually very non-pushy; later she said she was scared my friends would die cos they inhale too much carbon dioxide cos they didn't want to turn on the fan for fear of blowing out the candle), i thought it was like my godparents' family hiding in my room.
THEN I OPENED MY ROOM DOOR AND SAW JLS omg omg omg omg omg.
thank you friends for coming all the way down to ulu yishun to surprise me!
i am welly welly happy and touched! :)
i was really super surprised to see them hiding under the table (HA HA HA!) with the cake and flowers!
esp leheng and seitoh cos i thought they'd be busy mugging!
it's really a weird sensation to see people you just saw an hour ago hiding in your room, HAHAHA!
MY FRIENDS ARE THE BOMBXZ (hahaha wonton mee place "but clara more bombxz")!
